Yes, you read that correctly. The title of this post says that the cover you see is from the Korean translation of Singled Out (link to the English version is here), but the title on the cover is Singlism. I do have a book called Singlism (paper here; ebook here), but that’s not the book that got translated into Korean. I guess the deal with translations is that the translators (or the translation companies) get to choose the title.
I don’t have copies yet but I will in a few weeks. [UPDATE: I have the books now; take a look at Amazon if you are interested.] The book has been out for a while, but I only learned about it yesterday. I have been asking the agency that represented me for Singled Out for updates about the Korean version for nearly a year, with no response. Finally, I went straight to the company that did the translation, and they responded immediately. They also said that Korean sales are good, so that was nice to hear.
I can’t read a word of Korean but if there is anyone reading this who can and would like a copy of the book, let me know and I’ll send it to you for a reasonable price. Or you can get it here.
